Tcp.NET.Server 7.0.28
Pulse Group fork of Tcp.NET.Server, based on the v7.0.23 tag for binary compatibility with consumers compiled against 7.0.23. Replaces the 1ms Available-polling receive loop with an awaited socket read (see TcpHandlerServerBase.ReceiveAsync). Upstream: LiveOrDevTrying/Tcp.NET, Apache-2.0.
